Adams Financial is a mortgage broker that offers wholesale discounted rates to our valued clients. We work with hundreds of banks, credit unions and mortgage banks to attain the best program and rate for our clients’ needs. This happens after doing a thorough interview with our clients to determine their long-term goals and needs with regard to their loan, and then helping them choose the loan that achieves those objectives.

We offer a wide array of loan products: purchase money, refinance, VA, FHA, CalHFA, equity loans, PERS and many other first-time home buyer programs. We also offer sub prime financing for our borrowers with less than perfect credit. With our experience and can-do spirit, no loan is too big, too small or too difficult.
